Located on the Serene bank of famous fresh water lake Wular Lake, a hot tourist spot, Bird lovers come here for sightseeing migratory birds as well as water  fowls. There is also high potential for fish catch. The area is also enriched with local flora and fauna due to location of the area around water body near Jhelum Project of District Baramullah, 1582 Meters above MSL. Its climate is of distinctive nature. The winter is very cold generally sub zero temperature, snowfall is also experienced during winter .The summer is humid and hot. The autumn months are bright and pleasant. the vegetation comprises of almost pure local willow plantations. Few species of salix are planted in that english willow is also one of them mainly found in ningli and Adipora Blocks. Ash, Chinar and mulberry trees are also sighted in the area. Year of establshment is 2019-20. The Rest House is constructed on the beautiful landscapes with a Garden around.
