Located in Thein village of District Kathua near Ranjit-Sagar Dam, 540  meter .above MSL surrounded with Hilly Broad Leaved Forests. The area is 120 km from Jammu airport and 25 km from Kathua Railway station. The area has Sub-tropical climate. It was established in the year 2014-15.
