Located in the famous Dachigam National Park in District Srinagar, 1700 Meter above MSL surrounded with Conifer and broad leaved trees with an Average temperature of 20⁰C during summer and subzero during winter. One can sight the famous Kashmir Stag (Hangul), black bear and brown bear on the upper reaches. The Forest Rest House was established in the year 2006.
