The Rest House is established in 2002 and Located in Limber Wildlife Sanctuary Near lower Jhelum Hydro Electric Project, Chahal Boniyar in Tawrian, Baramulla District and is 150 Km from Srinagar International Airport & 137 Km from Tourist Reception Centre, Srinagar. The area is surrounded by Coniferous type of forests dominated by Kail and deodar. Average temperature in Summers is 15⁰c and sub-zero during winters.
