The Rest House is located in Sanasar area, City Batote of Ramban District near the famous Lake Sanasar. The area is 2050 meter Above MSL. The area is surrounded by lush green forests of Kail,deodar and Fir trees. The rest house is situated at a commanding location with lush  green vegetation around and complete view of meadows and beautiful mountains covered with snow during the winters. The Rest house was established in the year1993. It is furnished with Kashmiri Khataband.
